Founding Implementation Engineer · Warp

Building software factories.

Know something about everything and everything about something.

I sit between ambitious software and the people who have to live with it. Right now that means software factories at Warp — agentic engineering as an operating model, not a demo.

Before Warp I spent years implementing engineering-intelligence and developer-tooling products at Jellyfish and Stack Overflow. The through-line is the same: create systems and processes that help developers implement and adopt the tools that will make their lives better.

  1. Founding Implementation Engineer · Warp

    Jul 2026Present

Building software factories — the operating layer where agents and engineers ship in the same loop.

    • Founding implementation hire on Warp’s software-factory work: taking agentic development out of prototype and into how real teams plan, write, and ship.
    • Translate an ambitious product into onboarding, configuration, and enablement that a customer can actually run.
    • Stay close to the loop: what agents do well, where humans still own judgment, and how that split gets operationalized.
  2. Senior Implementation Engineer · Jellyfish

    20232026

Engineering-intelligence platform for software organizations. Implementation Engineer → II → Senior.

    • Partnered with customer engineering orgs to map how they plan, code, and review onto Jellyfish — then configured the product so the map was true.
    • Ran implementations end to end: onboarding plans, technical configuration, and the unglamorous work of making a tool survive first contact with a real process.
    • Promoted through Implementation Engineer II to Senior. The job was less “install software” than “make software fit a living system.”
  3. Implementation and Enablement Manager · Stack Overflow

    Apr 2021Feb 2023

Led implementation and enablement for enterprise products. Delivery, enablement, and the politics of adoption.

    • Managed multiple customer implementations in parallel and kept them honest when scope moved.
    • Treated enablement as part of the product: a team that can run the thing is the actual deliverable.
    • Known internally for aligning project work to company goals and going past the ticket when the outcome required it.
  4. SaaS Onboarding Specialist · MemberClicks by Personify

    20192021

Onboarded association and nonprofit teams onto membership SaaS. Software only counts if it gets used.

    • Took customers from contract to a live, understood system — data, configuration, and the people who had to operate it on Monday.
  5. Data Processing & Special Projects · Data Tech, Inc. (CABSPros)

    20172019

Made messy inputs into something a business could run on. Special projects, data pipelines, whatever was actually blocked.

  6. Marketing, Project Management, Web Development · Season Seeker

    20162017

Full-stack of a small product: marketing, project management, and the website. Owned by Data Tech.

  7. Digital Marketing & IT Manager · Gilmer Times-Courier

    20132015

First time owning a whole stack — site, tools, and the people who had to use them — for a local newspaper.
