Describing skills without scoring them
Replacing a radar chart with capabilities, concrete work, and relevant tools.
The original skills section used a radar chart and rating bars. Every rating was high. It showed confidence, but gave a visitor little information about what the skills meant in practice.
Describe the work
The section now groups skills into agentic engineering, implementation, web systems, and communication. Each group explains the work it supports, followed by the relevant skills and tools.
Keep supporting evidence nearby
Experience, projects, certifications, and assessments provide different kinds of context. Those remain available alongside the capability groups. The layout gives the reader specific information without asking them to interpret an unexplained percentage.
